also use the information to keep you informed of the activities associated with
present or past membership of Max Golf.

golf club with your name and playing handicap to facilitate your use of their
facilities.

We rely on the legal basis of contractual obligation when
you are a member of Max Golf.

are no longer a member of Max Golf.
Storage and retention
Your information is stored electronically in secure databases
located in the United Kingdom. We will not transfer your information outside
the European Union without your permission.
Personal information of all applicants is held for up to 1
year following their application.
Personal information of members is held for a period of 2
years following the end of their membership period.
At the end of the retention period, information is deleted
and from our databases unless there is a lawful basis for retaining it for
longer. For example, if we are subject to a court order requiring us to hold
the information.
